Step 1 Referral

Please speak with your general practitioner as they will need to provide you with a referral

Step 2 Lodge an enquiry

Register your details with us by clicking Make an enquiry. We will be in contact soon to organise an appointment.

Step 3 Clinic to Cloud

We will send a link to your email address which provides you access to our Clinic to Cloud system. This will allow you to upload your referral letter and… [do we want the patient to do anything else such as fill in demographic info?]

Step 4 Consultation

During your consultation we will perform an analysis to determine a treatment plan.
